POSITION SUMMARY:
The HTX Field Technician is responsible for executing field operations which include the operation of the HTX Mobile Wastewater Treatment units and auxiliary wastewater treatment equipment. This position operates as a member of a Field Services Team under the direction of the Lead Wastewater Operator to deliver services to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Requirements
  • Participates in offloading of HTX Mobile Wastewater Treatment units and auxiliary wastewater treatment equipment from delivery transport including field set-up of HTX Mobile Wastewater Treatment units and auxiliary wastewater treatment equipment according to Process Flow Diagram
  • Operates HTX Mobile Wastewater Treatment units and auxiliary wastewater treatment equipment according to the Lab 2 Field protocol
  • Performs and documents regular maintenance for HTX field assets, including equipment (pumps, motors, etc.) and instrumentation
  • Prepares, distributes and documents usage of catalyst (wastewater treatment chemicals)
  • Collect site purchase receipts for miscellaneous goods and services and forward to Management
  • Maintain and report on spare parts and kit inventory
  • Collect field and facility wastewater and treated water samples for testing
  • Maintain records and observations of Site Operational Data
  • Produce timely and detailed daily operating reports
  • Participates in post operation tear down, site and equipment clean-up, packing and loading of HTX water treatment equipment onto delivery transport during demobilization
  • Provide suggestions and implement improvements to equipment, processes, procedures and activities
  • Familiar with electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems operation, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Familiar with operation of water or wastewater treating equipment and processes

Job Specifications / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in water or wastewater treatment facilities or field water or wastewater treatment service is preferred
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Works well under pressure with little supervision
  • Strong experience mobilizing, setting up, commissioning, starting up, operating and troubleshooting field-based equipment
  • Strong mathematical, mechanical, and science skills
  • Experience working with electrical equipment, including AC and DC drives, PLCs, HMIs, Control Panels, motors and instrumentation
  • Ability to read and understand P&IDs, Process Flow Diagrams, PLC Ladder Logic Diagrams, Electrical Schematics, Mechanical Drawings

POSITION SUMMARY:
The HTX Lead Wastewater Operator is responsible for managing all aspects of field operation for the HTX Mobile Wastewater Treatment units and auxiliary wastewater treatment equipment, including offloading of units and auxiliary equipment from delivery transport, site set-up / hook-up according to Process Flow Diagram (PFD), commissioning, start-up, trouble-shooting, operations, site HSE, record keeping, daily reporting, post operation tear down, packing, site and equipment clean-up, and loading of kit onto delivery transport during demobilization. A proficiency in PLC operation and programming is required. Applied process and wastewater treatment knowledge will be an asset used to evaluate, troubleshoot and improve operations. The ideal candidate will be able to work safely under pressure without little to no supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Requirements
  • Perform initial site surveys prior to mobilization producing Site Plan Diagrams to optimize equipment placement and interconnecting pipe routing according to Process Flow Diagram and Lab 2 Field recipe
  • Prepare operational plans and strategies to meet Lab 2 Field protocol and customer needs

  • Manage and direct Operators and Field Technicians on-site activities

  • Responsible for field trouble-shooting on HTX Mobile Wastewater Treatment units and auxiliary wastewater treatment equipment including instrumentation, electrical interconnect and wiring, motors, motor starters, pumps, valves, PLC/HMI program, piping, transformers, power supplies, power generators, etc
  • Train Operators on safe and efficient operation of the HTX Mobile Wastewater Treatment units and auxiliary wastewater treatment equipment as well as on new and innovative operational approaches
  • Collect all site purchase receipts for miscellaneous goods and services and forward to Management
  • Responsible to maintain spare parts and kit inventory during all phases of site set-up, commissioning, start-up, operations and preparation for demobilization
  • Collect field and facility wastewater and treated water samples for testing

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for accounting and finance activities including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets management, general accounting entries, management of accounting and banking systems, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities. Strong communication skills, leadership, business acumen, and experience are required to aid in the long-term growth and success of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Requirements
  • Ensures the accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions in the accounting system including cash receipts and disbursements, managed assets, sales, and accounts payable/receivable
  • Manages aged creditors processes including the preparation of payment runs in the banking system
  • Accurately reviews and reconciles financial systems (e.g. General Ledger) and bank accounts
  • Forecasts and manages cash position to optimize business liquidity
  • Manage and enhance the Chart of Accounts as required
  • Develops and recommends processes that enhance controls and improve business and system efficiencies
  • Liaises with and manages contractors and consultants providing services to the finance function (e.g. tax accountants, auditors, banking representatives)
  • Prepares, updates and maintains divisional / group budgets, business forecast models and cash burn models

  • Conducts technical research and seeks the assistance of external specialist consultants to resolve accounting policy or system issues
